Beach day with friends —

I am not a natural beach person. But I do enjoy going when I’m with friends. And today friends from Indiana and up the road all came together to hang out in Sea Isle, so I happily joined in. 10 children and six adults on the beach all day. It was a blast. The tide pool provided a place for the little ones to play and splash right at our feet while one or two adults took turns going  out to the actual shore line, ankle deep to keep an eye on the bigger kids. We talked for hours catching up with different people in the group. Relaxing and completely enjoyable, the day was glorious.

Today’s joy is the joy of the beach with friends.
