DQ & Medieval Times —

On our way home from Virginia, my mom had a hankering for Dairy Queen. While we were on 95 she found directions to the closest one. It was in a HUGE mall. The parking lot was packed. As we entered the mall we found we were in “Neighborhood 1.”  The mall was so large they broke it up into neighborhoods to make navigating easier. We walked to the closest food court and found no Dairy Queen, but we did find a map. On our trek to DQ we made our way around the final corner to a gray stoned wall with spires. A huge Medieval Times was in front of us, in the middle of this mall. Is this normal? I’ve only seen a few Medieval Times, but they have all been stand alone buildings. At any rate, we turned to our left and found the DQ. After receiving our food my mom and I found an empty bench and ate our lunch and tasty treats.

Today’s joy is travel adventures with my mom.
